This map identifies mining explorations and operations in Mindanao, mineral deposits available per region, locations of ancestral domain lands of indigenous peoples, and sites of European mining investments in Mindanao. It plots the mining areas operated in by these companies, which are also considered ancestral domain lands and home to indigenous peoples of Mindanao, and the social cost to indigenous peoples communities brought about by the mining operations in the area.

This map is a compilation of two AFRIM publications – the Resource Kit on Mining Issues in Mindanao and the European Mining Investments in Mindanao.
